Professional Development

LCC’s primary resources are our very diverse employees.  Our fundamental philosophy includes our unwavering commitment to provide a wide array of trainings that build the employees' skills, strengthen their knowledge, and enhance their abilities through the Agency’s professional development processes.  Our direct service employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of training a year.  We ensure that our trainings align with our Agency values and principles.
