An extension of Lincoln's other services, FTP helps caregivers and parents strengthen their skills and build their community. The main goal is for families to learn together and stay together. Lincoln's workshops and support groups offer participants childcare and transportation as needed. Lincoln can also provide participants with referrals to community resources based on their individual needs and goals. Lincoln accepts between 25 and 30 participants for each of the four 10-week sessions of parent education workshops and parent support groups. Our staff through Families Together will help you find the workshop or support group that works for you and your family. Registration works on a 10-week cycle and only requires that you are a resident in East Oakland. Please contact Families Together for registration through the contact below.
